To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

It is very important that you provide us with ALL of your insurance coverage plans. We cannot provide an accurate, and complete billing of your insurance without it. Please bring with you to your first appointment all insurance cards.

You may be able to access our services through other insurance companies if your policy allows "out of network" providers. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire if this is an option.
Reduced rates are available to clients who do not have and/or choose not to utilize their insurance to pay for services. Payment for services rendered at the cash rate are expected at the time of service.

Clients must call to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If client does not show up, or does not cancel, client may be charged a late cancellation fee that cannot be billed to the insurance.
